Published rates (₹2,650 / ₹4,499) are for standard stays; luxury is quoted on WhatsApp. You'll know the exact property before you pay.

Fourteen is the minimum. There's no practical maximum — we handle 100 and above by combining our Valparai properties and running the itinerary as one trip. Below 14 we can still quote, but the per-head rate changes.
We run several stays in Valparai and assign based on your group size and dates. Large groups are usually split across two or more nearby properties with a shared itinerary. You'll know exactly where before you pay any advance.
Stay, private cab, guided sightseeing, welcome drink, fuel, tolls, parking and driver allowance are all in. Meals: dinner on check-in day to breakfast on checkout day — 1N/2D is 1 dinner + 1 breakfast, 2N/3D is 2 dinners + 2 breakfasts. Lunch, entry tickets at sightseeing points and personal expenses are not included.
Yes. College trips, corporate offsites, family reunions and wedding parties are most of what we do, including groups of 100 and more. Tell us the type of group and headcount and we'll shape the itinerary around it.
Most groups come up via Pollachi and Aliyar, then the 40 hairpin bends into Valparai. Tell us where your group is travelling from and we'll plan pickup accordingly. On 2N/3D, the last day goes via the Malakkapara forest road to Athirappalli Falls before drop.

Yes. Most groups join via Pollachi or Coimbatore, then the ghat road into Valparai. From Chennai we usually plan train/bus to Pollachi or Coimbatore plus the hill package onward. From Bangalore we arrange weekend group or private options — send headcount and dates on WhatsApp.
Yes — the room photos on this page are from our luxury category. The published ₹2,650 (1N/2D) and ₹4,499 (2N/3D) per-head rates are for standard stays. Luxury uses the same trip plan (cab, meals, sightseeing) with upgraded rooms — WhatsApp us for a luxury quote by dates and headcount.
No. Athirappalli Falls is part of the 2 Nights / 3 Days package (Day 3, via the Malakkapara forest road). The 1N/2D covers Hornbill View Point, Koozhangal River, Nallamudi, a tea estate walk, Vellamalai Tunnel, Thalanar and Aliyar Dam. Entry tickets are not included.
1 Night / 2 Days is ₹2,650 per head — one night in Valparai with its main viewpoints, river and tea estates. 2 Nights / 3 Days is ₹4,499 per head — an extra day around Valparai, then the Malakkapara forest road to Athirappalli Falls on Day 3. Minimum 14 people on both.
About 3–3.5 hours from Coimbatore via Pollachi and Aliyar, then the 40 hairpin bends. Pollachi is the closer rail/bus gateway (~65 km). We plan pickup from Coimbatore or Pollachi for most groups.
Cooler, clearer months are usually October to March (peak mist and tea-estate weather). Monsoon months are lush but wet on the ghat road — tell us your dates and we'll advise.
Yes — we can arrange vegetarian meals for the group. Mention Jain or other dietary needs when you WhatsApp headcount and dates so the kitchen is ready.
Yes, as an add-on when available (permits and slots depend on the day). Safari and other adventure charges are not in the base per-head rate — we'll quote them separately.
Guided sightseeing is included. Entry tickets and permits at sightseeing points are not included in the package price — paid as per actuals on the day (or we can collect and settle with clear receipts).
50% advance confirms your dates, rooms and vehicles. The balance is due 24 hours before check-in. We share payment details on WhatsApp after confirming the property. GST invoice available when applicable.

Depends on age and bedding. Share kids' ages with the adult headcount on WhatsApp and we'll quote fairly (often kids sharing without extra bed are reduced).
Yes. College batches, corporates, reunions and wedding parties are our core. We keep one shared plan for the whole group — transport, stay and meals — and adjust sightseeing pace to your brief.
